Terms

Turnaround Time:

Product takes up to 2 weeks for production.  In most instances, we ship quicker than this, but please allow this time for our framers to complete their job.

Shipping Policy:

We ship via UPS Ground which takes 7-10 business days in the contiguous United States.

An email will be send to the customer upon shipping with relevant tracking information.

Air freight to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico requires a shipping quote based on canvas size and weight, please contact us at for a detailed quote.

Refund Terms:

In the rare circumstance that our product is damaged in shipping, please reach out to us for information on replacing your purchase or initiating a refund.  A full refund of the purchase price (less credit card charges and shipping) will be made upon verification of damages, provided by the customer.

Returns

If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, the customer may ship the product to our return address at:

Once the returned product is received and condition is verified, a replacement can be provided, or a refund (less shipping charges) can be initiated.

Commissions:

Custom commissions are welcomed and available.  Please contact Simon for more information on what you may require and pricing involved.  No refunds or returns are accepted on commissioned artwork.
